		<description>This week I planned nothing. Moved little. Learned nothing more than that I still don&#039;t have my head in the game right now. I have fleeting moments when I think I can pull myself together and out of the hole I&#039;ve dug myself into ... but those moments are very fleeting and are gone almost as quickly as they come. I hate that I&#039;ve felt this way more often than not for far too long. Oh well.</description>

		<description>Sounds like you have a great weekend :) I like your lessons learned :) I had a hard week. I also didn&#039;t plan my meals and because I was so busy ended up grabbing unhealthy crap on the go. And totally blew it this week LOL So no matter how busy  next week is going to get, I have learned to chisel out some me time and plan meals and get out to exercise :)</description>
