Katie, I think you just have to keep working with your body to find what works and what doesn't work. And definitely think and go as far outside of the box that you can. You'll be amazed what you will find that will not cause you to put the pounds back on :)

and by the way, I would probably eat this way in the US too :) I just happen to LOVE good, tasty, different food. I definitely picked that up from y dad!!

Wow, you eat pretty food. It all looks European and fancy with shallots and swedish crackers and goat cheese and steamed beans. My food is jealous of your food. You eat really healthy with a lot of variety. Nice! It's great that you're slipping back into the groove and that your weight is settling back, without you having to be all freaked out and upset about it. That's just so great to just look at it, accept it and move on, knowing that you have it all together.

I'm a TAD bit worried because I have Crohn's,and have had to completely switch up my diet to avoid dairy, ALL grains and other stuff-you know, the stuff that can keep the pounds on. I'm worried because since switching, I've easily lost the pounds which is great for now, but hmm...in 14 more pounds, I don't WANT to lose any more. Trying to find ways to plump up my diet that won't get me sick but will keep my flush in calories. Never in a million years thought I'd say that. I was thinking about you off and on all day long, and wondering what you're doing now that you're done? It's good to open up the computer and get to read all about it.
